Please read the instructions carefully as all steps will need to be completed in order to secure your spot at prom.
- If you are bringing a date that is not enrolled at YHS, a date request form is required (available in the Dean's Office or the link below). Your guest will need to have their high school sign the form. Once completed the form will then need to be turned into the Dean's Office for review. Please be sure that this is completed and approved before purchasing tickets. Forms are due no later than April 28, 2023. **Guest Request Form
- Each table will have 12 seats. If you would like to sit with a group of your friends at dinner, please communicate the table number that you are selecting and have your friends all sign up at the same time. The seating chart is first come first serve. Students will be required to sit at their assigned tables during dinner.
- On the day of Prom, please bring your printed or digital ticket and your school ID. If your guest was approved and does not attend YHS they are to bring their school ID or driver's license. You must arrive and check in with the guest that you are bringing. Students will be responsible for their own transportation.
